      It's the corporate run-around. Instead of simply telling him "no" they direct him to call a different number for GM Canada, so the Canadian branch can tell him "no".

      They hope that if they can stall him long enough he might give up trying and go away...

      Hi Jackie thanks for your help but i am already in touch with gm customer service and the technical director at my dealer . I have an appointement next monday and we were talkning about the Trottle body to be at fault. Does the TB is part on powertrain( I guess yes but who knows) ?

      quick update, dealer could'nt duplicate the problem, Dealer have replaced the TB. Hopefully that was the problem.
