Throttle Body Spacer, will it work?

I was looking around online and on the infamous eBay, and i stumbled across a TBS for a Swift, (similar to our cars, correct?) Well Its 89.00 plus 15 shipping to the US. Here is the link to it, check it out and let me know, It should give our cars like 1 mpg and maybe a little more acceleration.. Unfortunately, unless a spacer is so long doesn't fit under the hood, it makes zero difference.

Assuming you bought it, and it was over a metre long, it would take 3-4+ years to recoup the savings.

for a hundred bucks u could b a pioneer, however, that engine looks nothing like ours, and I would not gamble that the bolt holes would line up
