      performance cams

      so i have been looking around the web to find if anybody makes peformance cams for our cars and can't really seem to have any luck. do you guys have any ideas who might make some?

      You'd have to have a set of cams sent out for custom grinding.

      uff is the best n/a engine performance, it´s a shame don´t make it....

      Light weight cam gears will improve on response and acceleration?

      Must the crank pulley be change to those that are light weight as well?

      the more weight you take off the engine the better.. within reason.

      Thanks rabbit. am thinking of changing the cam gears and not touching the crank pulley. Heard some had negative feedback with aftermarket crank pulley due to the lack of harmonic damper.

      i would like to know who. I can see no reason NOT to use the crank pulley on an aveo.

      Sorry i don't understanding the thread, the best N/A modificatin is the cam, for one s1, it atomatically remove the OEm rev limiter, with the intake and exhaust management....

      Te custom pulley came balancing separatlely without afecting the total balance of the car...

      Check the thread from pulley ECOtec 1,6L....

      Ok... cam gears and crank pulley in my "To-Do" list now... hopefully can do it by Jan.
