You would have to pay for them to measure andale a digital copy. Or atleast break it down to do it by hand (whatever method your shop uses).

But you also have the cost of the header to copy. So $400 + labor to copy + labor to build each one + cost of materials divided by number of orders. Just the @$400 for the first header = $40 per person tacked onto the group buy if you have 10 orders.

If there is interest and the crankshaft pulley buy goes off relatively smoothly, I can look into designing some camshaft timing pulleys. I an extra set of pulleys from my 05 engine.

btw, i'm not trying to discourage people from doing a group buy, but what i sell, i am just "passing" along parts that i make for myself. if i was trying to profit off my time for developing, the prices would be much higher. But i just take that as i get to have it on my car, and so should someone else.

Adjustable cam gears would be an awesome upgrade, maybe ill buy some 09 parts and send them your way Doax, that way you can help out the other half of your members..

That should be doable. They are a relatively easy item to design.

thats what i am assuming, xaio has crank and camshaft pullies but they cost a lot, should be easy, and a lot cheaper with a group buy

xaio got about 10whp with both crank and cam pullies

keep in mind though, those additions were on top of other mods that make better use of them.. (he already had the cams installed, and the upper cam pulleys let him tune it in)

Adjustable cam gears let you change the degrees or advance or retard in timing. You really sort of need to set your engine up for this, but if they weight less, thats a big benefit too.. (if setting the timing wrong it would be about as catastrophic as breaking a timing belt.)

well...myself, I wanted a new set of cams, that was on my wish list this summer lol

the weight decrease alone would prob be worth it, I do not think they would cost much

A custom cam shop will do whatever you want for a price.
