Awesome, will work on coming up with a bolt-on kit for an Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Do you know if it is -8AN or something else?

The schrader valve? It is the same size as a tire valve stem. So a -8 should be more than enough. You can put one together for about $250. The FPR is the most expensive part.

I had put in a Walbro 255liter/min Fuel pump into my aveo. Direct replacement for our fuel pump. Except that the fuel hose is a bit tricky. The OEM is using those white plastic hard material which you heat to contract it to fit in, followed by a metallic clip. Not those black rubber elastic tube and clip which you can easily take on and off.

There is 2 holes leading to the top of the fuel tank under the rear passenger seat. One is a return line which goes to a fixed value fuel regulator. Whats the value I do not know. You will need to drill thru this regulator to ensure it does not limit your new fuel regulator pressure when set at higher setting then this default one. I left the OEM regulator there but its a dummy once drilled thru. The reason of leaving it in there is so that I can make use of the OEM fuel tubings which is a tricky part to take on/off.

From the fuel tank, the fuel pump pumps out the fuel to a T-junction under the tank near the rear right wheel. From there, one passed a fuel filter and back into the fuel tank via the 2nd hole which is the fuel regulator. The other T-junction end goes to the front fuel rail. Meaning the return is not at the front, the return is all the way at the back.

I have since added another SARD fuel regulator in front before the injectors externally set at 27.5. And from there, return a tube to the T-junction under the car, replacing the original return.

      Hope this info helps.

      Wow that's a strange set-up...

Maybe I'll make an ultimate fuel kit that is bolt-on to replace all that... include a walbro, just lines, and AFPR, and the -8AN fittings to attach it to the Fuel Rail...

Yah, the oem fuel regulator set up is rather strange. See no return in front at the engine bay at the fuel rail, yet saw a return ath the fuel tank. Then discovered the return is mid way.

Normally the regulator and return is after the 4 injector in front at the end of fuel rail.
