      Rear Spring Issues

Hey everyone, I just registered in hopes that someone here could help me. My wife has an 09 Aveo5 Team Canada Edition (if that means anything) that makes this horrid kind of rubbing/grinding noise when she's turning right and only right. The sound is definitely coming from the rear drivers side. When I crawled under the car to look, at the top of the the spring it looks like the entire assembly has been moving on the frame as there is a cleaner semi-circle part that has been "polished". Basically it looks like the spring insulator has been moving back and forth on the frame rail where it rests. How on earth do I remedy this, is the insulator not attached to the frame or is it broken? I thank anyone in advance as this noise is driving her mental and I don't blame her.

Those insulators are called bushings. If the bushing have broke down they need replacement. You can load a picture and we can help better.

Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
