Leaking Antifreeze

Got a problem with my antifreeze slowly leaking out over a week or two where there isn't enough in the surge tank and I have to refill. I cannot fully see where the leak is coming from but I can see the coolant directly to the right of the oil dipstick and underneath where the spark plugs plug in. I'll be checking my oil tomorrow to see if coolant has gotten into there at all.

I'll be taking it to the shop for inspection and to fix this problem very soon, but just trying to determine what I might need so I can purchase the parts beforehand and possibly fix it myself.

well you need a pressure test...or buy a packet of dye so you can see where it's coming from...put dye in and use a uv light and glasses to spot the leak....check to make sure dye is compatible with your antifreeze, is diff dye for green and red antifreeze.

I would check the rear heater hoses. I had a pin size hole. You cold start the car and run your hand all over heater hoses. A nd hose from surge tank.
Let the hoses get warm first.
