Hello,

my chevy died last week I am so sad! I wanted to take it as far as possible!

I parked the aveo and somebody crashed into it during the night. The next morning I went to the car and it wasn't there. the car has been towed to a garage. they collect towing and daily storage fees. My car is declared totalled.

I did not have collision insurance so I am fully dependent on the at fault driver's insurance.

The accident happened in NY. His insurance is geico.

Does anybody know if they will reimburse for storage and towing fees?
If I release the car my self, will they reimburse me? has anyone experienced this before?

They dont release my car until they inspect all the car that have been damaged by the at fault driver.
