The symptoms of excess engine oil

If I add more engine oil exceeded the Max, Are there any symptoms appeared in the engine sound or efficiency or whatever else and what I can do to adjust the engine oil level?
      thanks.

The only way to adjust it is to drain some of it out. Not a hard project.

This is the oil level when the car is cold. Is that right or overfilled? I asked because I hear a sound like "WHINE" and this sound is continuous ans increased with acceleration. So I wondered if this sound came from increased oil level or the oil evaporation valve or the fuel pump.

Looks good to me. The whine may be your alternator, a quick way to check is to drop the serpentine belt off and see if the noise goes away.

Whines are usually belt related, as 06T200 said. I would verify it is not your timing driven things though, because if it isn't taken car of that could be expensive.

If this is an oil related whine, while unlikely in your case. You need to drain and refill the oil. But you could almost accidentally add way more than is shown on your dipstick and still run without much of a sound problem.

Thank you. You are right I heard a sound like a fraction or noise coming from the timing kit black plastic box and increased by acceleration. But this sound is different from the WHINE one which I heard clearly from inside the car than outside and when the car cold than its is warm. I guess it is the fuel pump where I feel that the car acceleration is little bit affected.
I forgot, the mechanic said that the sound related to the timing kit is normal and will disappear soon ... and I doubt in this advice.
Tanks again and wait for you advice.

I checked everything and the most responsible reason for WHINE sound is the fuel filter which is assemble in the fuel pump and I need a way to clean it.

Just throwing some ideas into the hat. Also check your power steering fluid levels. Good cause a whine as well. Also i'd check the belt tensioner too. One good to to have a mechanics stethoscope. Cheap and helps narrow down finding weird noises and such. You can find those in Harbor Freight.

The mechanic said that this sound came from VVT because I used castrol edge 5w-40 and advised me to use Mobil 1 5w-30. What are your opinions.

I never run anything thicker than 5/10w-30wt myself. The lifters in these tiny engines have small orifices, and if too thick an oil is used it will pump the lifter up and burn the exhaust valves in many cases. This was VERY common on Suzuki engines that use the same style lifters with the same oil bleed setup. So I would suggest using thinner oil.

      FYI
