This was VERY common on Suzuki engines that use the same style lifters with the same oil bleed setup. So I would suggest using thinner oil.

      FYI
This means that there is something wrong happened in my engine. If so how l can check this?

Going up to a 5-40 weight in a blend from 5-30 is a negligible change.
It shouldn't be enough to damage anything. I would probably change it out though.

Based on your questions about noises etc, are these new noises or have they always been there?

this noises are new and were clear when the car is cold and be light when the car is warm. Also, the noises were clear with acceleration and the car acceleration was decreased little bet.
The mechanic recommended to me Mobile 1 esp formula 5w-30 Is this right choice?
