When to replace struts

buy a kyb (or similar) strut mount kit, it replaces every wearable item that comes off the struts.

remember to check your ball joints, tie rod ends. endlinks, and control arm bushing at the same time. that way you fix it and only need an alignment once..

how much is the kit , also i replaced the front strutts but the rear are cambered in at top and tires are chattering on inside , thanks in advance from a Disabled Vet for your help

a kit for the upper rear mounts? Those struts do not control camber. You might need shims or have some other issue.
