Radio light wont turn on

Hi i was wanting to know if any one has the problem i have. My radio works fine c.d. Player plays its just the light doesnt turn on so i could see what channel or what track is playing.

Could just be the radio, could be a dimmer issue. You could tear it apart and see if the bulb needs replaced, unless its actually the LCD that needs done.

It's actually factory of a 2006 Chevy aveo I was thinking maybe its the fuse, could that be it?

the radio has two fuses i think, a memory fuse, and an operational fuse. So if it holds the radio station presets, and turns on, it is most likely that the fuses are ok.
