      Re: Element 5 is here

Pretty advert, but I dunno. Those amps seem to have very high wattage, and more doesn't always mean better. When I see someone selling 2000 and 3000 watt amps, I automatically assume the distortion is eating the output so badly that they need to have that high wattage.
Personally, I place quality over quantity. And most likely won't be interested in anything like that until I see some real specs.
Anyone can make something that is pretty, but when you are talking about car audio, it isn't about what looks the prettiest, it isn't really about the "I got more power" bragging rights. When all is said and done, the looks, the watts don't mean anything if the sound isn't there.

      Just a thought

genefitz- what you say is true that is should be based on actual performance and not who has the most power, but the reality is that consumers have shown that they are willing to sacrifice clarity for quantity, look at the specs of very common brands. Genefitz thank you for your insight into the product line maybe other will benefit from your thoughts.

On a side note I personally only sell to others what I have used in my own vehicle. No reason to waste anyone's time.

      Re: Element 5 is here

Indeed, friend. it is a common thing now a days. Lots of folks now do sacrifice clarity for quantity. I was an old school Phoenix Gold user, in the days of the M-series and the MS-series amplifiers, back when you were easily paying $500-$1000 for an amp. But it amazed people what one could do with an M50 at 1 Ohm. But even their quiality has gone down and been replaced with high wattage units.
And my personal view is "Hey! what ever tweaks your tweeters!"
Reading the specs on the amps, they are quite impressive. 0.1% THD and 1Ohm stability is not bad at all.
And please understand that my comment wasn't in anyway an insult to your store or your products. Much respect.
