so far for only having it setup for about 1 day , this thing is awesome. Compared to my pioneer 6900ub there is no comparison, u have front and rear seperate hpf filter, auto dimming, and the best part i found was the navigation of the sirius component. You can browse through the list of stations in catagory mode and see what is playing on each station while staying tuned to the current station, not to mention the recording (tivo type function) up to 8 hours i think it said. I can get some pics of the navigation if anyone is interested.

yes you can install a toggle or bybass module. but in this case your would need 2 toggles or bybass module. since you have to have parking brake AND foot brake.

like i said this unit you have to have the pedal brake hooked up and the parking brake. The parking brake switch is on the ground side, and the pedal brake/brake light is on the posotive side. you have to hold the pedal brake and pull the parking brake twice then release the pedal brake to activate video. on the older sigle wire parking brake units you can just ground the wire but in this case it wouldnt work. to bypass it you would have to buy one of these modules: http://cgi.ebay.com/PAC-TR7-Alpine-V...em170175446799 which would complete the brake sequence whenever the key is turned on.
