the SMT 6 is what some cats on the cobalt fourms are using to tune the tubo cobalts. i wonder what the price difference would be. does anyone have any info on mega squirt and smt-6 vs. e-manage?

I have heard nothing but good things about megasquirt. i just need to know pricing and were i should get the stuff from. i have some cash, so im ready to start the build

yeah i just checked it out a bit, i think i would rather go with smt6 from what i understand it is farley easy to hook up. 6 main wires. and then if you want to set up a 5th injector you can. i wonder if we would need that. with a turbo only running about 5 psi of boost, i dont think we will need much more fuel.

you wouldnt but if wanted to run more boost you could add the other and it would be fine.

ok so can a aveo boost like 5-6 psi with stoick fuel config? can the injectors put out enough fuel or would i have to get bigger injectors, and or fuel pump?
I wonder if i could get away with minimum tuning running low boost.

well idont want to blow it up. but i am wonderingh just how much tuning i am really going to need if only running a couple of psi of boost. even if i just pusjh 3 or 4 psi, i would be happy. im not lo9oking to make hella power. i just want a little more pep. with running that low of boost do you think i will have to upgrade my injectors, or get a fifth injector, and or fuel pump.
also will i have to run a fuel pressure regulator.
