Stick a flat screwdriver under the belt at the power steering pump, leverage it against the belt, and rotate the pulley back and forth until the belt walks off. No, I'm not joking

To put it back: Zip tie the belt to the power steering pulley through one of the holes in the pulley. Rotate back and forth until it walks back into place. Still not joking

Don't forget to remove the zip tie afterwards

On my 2009 I took the two bolts out that bolt the pump to the block and take off the old belt then replace the main serpentine belt then place the power steering belt back on bolt the power steering pump back in place all done very easy and easier than the zip tie trick
