      Did you check the grounds and make sure the electrical connections are ok? Typically the fuel filler neck should be robust. I would just replace the fuel cap first.

      This is more likely the fuel cap than the filler neck. I have heavily modified my system and only time i get a code was when I was driving around with the cap off. Put the cap on, code goes away..

      Ever do any fuel pump work? Slim chance it might be the seal at the top of the tank if it has ever been opened up.

      thanks, yes I replaced the fuel pump and the mechanic sealed it difficulty and take more time to seal it.
