      Header Specs

So I've been thinking about going out to one of the many fabricators in my area and since i Live in Vegas theres a good few of them. Since theres been no update in the quest for a quality made header for the aveo I figured id go to some shops and see how much theyd charge to make one up.

I pretty much just need to know what the basic specifications would be for a proper peformance header. Any and all help would be appreciated.

      Found a Shop

That is willing to make a custom header for the aveo, Im going down to Blacksheep Performance in Vegas tomorrow to see what the pricing will be and all that since a custom flange will have to be cut etc. Hopefully it wont be too ridiculous.

Dude... where did you come from? I thought I was the only Vegas person on this board. What part of town are you in? I'm by Desert Inn and Pecos.

thanks but i already had the guys at blacksheep start it all off, he'll be having one laset cut along with everything else, im have a full exhaust done not just the header so its going to cost a good deal more. Hope you can have a header made with a base price for everyone else on the site.

The header design I have isn't a full race header, so it bolts right at the midpipe.

So does it replace the exhaust manifold and the CAT?

yes it does. The fix to this solution is by running a single larger cat that replaces the secondary cat.
