Has anyone tried getting a whole custom exhausr done? Since they dont sell them for our cars
there is a place near me that does it, they quoted me $215 for a 2 1/4" stainless straight pipe from the header/cat back.
the trick is to find a header for the early e tech motors. I started looking for one that fits a deawoo lanos 98-02. they run the same motors like the early aveos.

i will have to look more, the polt for the egr does look a little high, when i compare it to ziogary's header.
That's the problem I ran into with that one
