Its a matter of what makes u happy, but 1the thing is for sure- the stock exhaust is terrible. I would go 2"with mandrel bends or 2 1/4 with crush bends and the muffler of ur choice. At first I had a tenzo r version of the N1 and later went with my current thrush turbo( which surprised me- cheap and sounds pretty good for a $24 muffler). I think 1 catalytic converter is enough, while 2 is too much. It all depends on your local emissions and green ethics. Listen to what the others say n make an informed decision but remember choosing wrong costs $, time, & material.

Our cars only have 1 cat. Attached to the headers is a precat. It only is meant to reduce emissions at idle/startup

I am considering replacing everything from the flex pipe back to tip... I want yall's opnion about a 2.25 with high flow cat and flowmaster 40. not sure how the tone is going to be but should make for a good system. other than where the cat and the muffler attach its going to be done as a single piece so I wont have to weld much
