I've just been so busy that I havent even gotten around to check on material costs yet, I'm willing to entertain offers for the original pulley that someone can make copies off (of course this price would be more then just the price of a single pulley,) or I'd be willing to trade for a Samsung Captivate or Dell Streak (USA versons only please lol)

I was going to have D&W's in Broken Arrow, OK do it, but really any decent machine shop that does car stuff can

hmm there is a car/machine shop down here south of orlando, they would do it for cheap, what material is it made out of? If they are willing to make them i would buy the orginal and make a batch

Well I know how most shops work, the more you want in a batch the more they're willing it make it and the lower per unit price will be

i would hate to buy dan's and not be able to make copies for everyone

I have it mostly developed, but it would be the same as Dan basically. More people = cheaper price.
