haha ok i checked it out, what is with all the washers on the studs? and you said that you need to cut a little bit off the sides. can you elaborate on this a bit more? are you getting any exhaust leaks from the header?
thanks, looks sweet man, how is the power...

The washers are because the bolt does not have threads all the way down. The only exhaust leak i have is under the car were the header meets the old exahust. And that is because we used a peace of flex pipe as a temporary fix till I can get the rest of the exhaust done. Should be this weekend if everything goes to plan.

why didnt you just weld on a plate of metal on the right side to fill out the rest of the room left to be cover and then drill the hole?

Are you talking about the emmissions port on the right side of manifold?

the right side is unclear with what you did...looks like the washers and stud are barely hangin on to the header? and yea it would cover the other port too

You guys are correct they way it is now with all the washers is kinda ugly. I was thinking of replacing them with some header bolts sometime soon.

it's a header, who cares if it's ugly... real question is: does it work and will it continue to work...

if you answer yes, why bother?
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.
