Aveo 2009 rpm not working

i changed the motor last week and noticed the rpm not working and now i have a crank sensor code is this possible that the crank sensor is doing the rpm problem thanks richard.

You'll probably have to have a crankshaft relearn procedure done. This can only be done with a GM tool. I forget the name of it. Some independent shops have them, a lot do not. Dealers do have them.
