just got my tax return direct deposited into my acct, made a mad payment to my car loan-overpaid so i am no longer behind and now im actually a payment and a half ahead. and in accordance with my student loan i have much moolah to start the aveo turbo project. wish me luck, i will need it. thank you.

so far my bill is up to over a grand-in one morning, aye!

so far i have the turbo already.

exhaust mani is bein manufactured.

ordered today, cobalt 42 lb injectors, intercooler, hks ssq bov, turbonetics oil line kit-complete, aem digital boost guage.

in the process of orderin from dl speed, springs, shocks, wires, and brake pads, and havent decided if i need the rotors yet.

still to come, need lottsa piping, hi-flo cat, exhaust redo 2.5 from header to cat and 2.5 all the way back, apexi neo or DTEC II (havent decided, leanin towards neo), other random needed things.

oh and clutch kit from kinky as well as his short-throw when it becomes availible.

i assume so, if u can take injectors from another chev v8 and drop em into the aveo, im sure the cobalt ones will work, will let u know either way.

and the fact that both cars are OBDII helps.

Ive come to have enough of this on this website.
Everyone needs to STOP complaining about prices.
For those of you who do not realize this. We drive cars that do not have ANY real aftermarket base. There is also no really following for people to jump on board to make aftermaket parts.
This makes it hard to actually find parts for a good price.
So all of you people complaining about LED lights for 200 bucks being too much. You need to get a clue.
And turbo kits, they are going to be expensive...you want a good turbo. be willing to spend over 200 bucks for a new turbo.
if you want a good BOV its not going to be cheap.
Tuning....again not cheap...especially if your using a complete megasquirt system.

Im just sick of people being so freaking cheap. If you bought this car to mod it and expected it to be cheap...GET A HONDA

how about this is looking like someone might actually try a turbo or SC on a car...i've heard a lot of talk from a lot of members and it seems like it will never go into production...this one actually seems believable and lets not make this another rant thread...
