Chevrolet Technical Information System Online?

I have now bought (/downloaded) for 75USD (/free) the Chevrolet TIS 2010.
Is it legal for me to put it online, on one of my webservers?

I know, for a fact, that I am not the only one in the world, that would like this Service and Repair manual to be online.

I came to this tought, when I found the manual to the web-setup on the cd.

if you can create a torrent file and host/seed it, i would be glad to have it.

GM doesn't condone/promote hosting on line, as most host sites have been shut down..
but sharing it via torrents is like sending sending a girl you like a mix tape, totally 80s.
