      How do online Auctions work?

Hey Folks i am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle, and was looking into something in my budget (2-4k) so as of today i have not found anything only junk.. well i was told by a friend of mines that he bought a vehicle in an online auction [link removed by admin] so im wondering if anyone has some insights on online auctions.

I wouldn't buy any car without seeing it and inspecting it first. IMHO doing anything less would be inviting trouble.

yeah as said before, craigslist if you have it or autotrader, ebay is not bad, but always look at the car first before you give anyone any money

I have a feeling we were just spammed. Suspect the only reason this person registered was to post a link (I removed it) to that auto auction site.

Aside from that, I agree with the advice given.
