i have my motor tore down.. you can read my profile to get the back story. i need the torque specs for the head bolts, rod bolts, and camshaft bolts and any other useful tips and tricks... i noticed the screen in my oil pick up tube was pretty clogged and that there was a lot of sludge in the oil pan... is there a specific reason why my engine got this nasty and is there anything i can do to prevent it from happening again? im pretty sure the clogged oil screen is what caused my problem...
it maybe a stupid question, but were u the original owner, and how often did u change ur oil?
lol no sir i am not the original owner... . ive seen dirty motors before but this one was by far the worst. i didnt have it long enough for the sludge to be my fault and the car did not have service records so that could very well be the case but ive had hondas ive never changed the oil in and they didnt get that nasty

how long have you had it down? You will have to find you a torque wrench that will go to degrees. I will give you the values tomorrow I have them at home but right now at work.Originally Posted by ktjr2

Hi ktjr2, this should help you out. If print is too small you might be able to right click on image and zoom or view image.
