Thanks for the thanks. Seriously. It's been a pretty hectic couple of days.

There are some elements of vBulltin I'm not crazy about (still working on it). And there's no doubt we all get used to doing things a certain way, so we don't like people messing with our $hit. But the big picture is: it's a much more flexible forum platform - it's good for the future of the Aveo community.

iirc when you "copy and paste" it from phpbb to vbulletin it uses a language, not character recognition. So that was lost because it was not in the same format set of characters.

unless they have the phpbb sitting on their harddrive, its lost. and even if is it on their harddrive, i believe it would be some work to carry them over.

rabbit is right: Cyrillic can (obviously) be displayed in the current forum, but the old Cyrillic posts were lost in the transition.

No. Those messages aren't important. Many of them is flood. I think they should be removed.

Idk if it would be considered a bug but once i check the new posts and go back to the main page without using back button it still says i have new posts in those topics. But itll leave if i enter the topic again and get back out. hope that makes sense

ive been getting the unread topics after reading them too, thought it was just me. (i was clicking the forum link at the top of the page though)
