On level ground and mild wind , it does 35 mpg on the road , pretty easily ( with A/C running ) . We have taken 2 long trips and it gets a little better than that . But the 40 mpg after a fill up , goes away , pretty quickly .

Interested in the mileage in the winter , running the heat , in stead of the A/C .

Years ago we had a 1989 Chevy Caviler w/ automatic . It would do 35 winter & 30 summer , on the road .
