Wipers not working (fuse blows immediately after replacing)

Has anyone had problems with front and rear wipers not working? Replaced the wiper motor and the switch, checked the fuses and still no luck. Is there a relay I may be missing? Any help appreciated!

what fuse did you check driver side dash or under hood.

I checked both location's. With the lever in the on position and power on if I replace the dash fuse the wiper's start but then the fuse blows. Some kind of short, but where to look?

Did you ever find the short Fred?. Oh did you chech for the ground off the motor to the body you should see it on the motor.
