      What is that flashing red dot on the center information panel Aveo5 2006-2009

      Hmmm, why have I never noticed this flashing red dot before? I can't find it in the manual. It sits on the right side of the center information pod/panel on the dashboard. Is it for the Alarm?

      It's for the alarm. It warns would-be thieves that your car is protected by an alarm.
