      Rear Axel Beam Bushings from (VW) Part Number 1J0 501 541C WILL work on the Aveo.Just put them in last weak,no problems yet.Orderd from (Autohaus AZ.com) for $15.75 each. 1-800-240-4620.

      VW Bushings Part Number 1J0 501 541C,put on my 2007 Aveo Ls last week,no problems yet.

      any word on the performance of the VW bushings? i have an 07 aveo5 and i'm about to make this purchase

      just do it. they are from a heavier car, and even on slammed mk4 i havent heard of a torn axle bushing to date.

      take pictures.

      i meant to say minimum.

      just got the bushings in the mail today, will report with pics after this weekend! stoked to do this myself!

      How are these bushings holding up and performing? Having the same issues with my 2008 Aveo5 and looking into getting these bushings as well. Did you have to do any modifications to the bushings or the axle to get them to fit or did they go right in? Thanks for any help or suggestions you can provide.
