2011 Error in my CD player

Hi, i am still new, and i haven't seen anything about this. My CD player displays and error code 3 and doesn't play my CD. Also It is reluctant to insert the CD and is too happy to spit it out. Not good for a music fan. The radio is great, and no troubles, but they don't play Iron Maiden on the the rock stations....weird i know. Anyone want to help me out?

Hiya, I am experiencing more errors, 1, 2, 6,7. I went to the dealer, and they saw two of them. Error 3 and 7. I was told that it was covered, and i am getting it replaced later this month.
