thats a tough one.. it sounded different on the exterior camera mount video though, more like a broken spring.. but it sort of sould like endlinks/sway bar mounts otherwise.
Sway bar is disconnected and the end links completely removed. It doesn't look like the control arm should hit the bar ends when the suspension is compressed fully.
I've developed nice bare metal spots in the wheel wells, so I have a feeling that it could just be the tire hitting the wheel well. They turn rusty after a while, then are sanded smooth after each event.
Disconnected the bar might hit the tie rods, especially on a turn, check those. They would show signs of rubbing as well. Is it tied up in any way? The noise could just be it rattling around..
tires rubbing, i do it all the time. It could be that though as i dont know how it would record.
