wow that is amazing, exactly what I'm looking to do. I dunno if I'm up to that challenge of changing the LED on the board, how bad is that? I tried to do it to an XBOX controller once and it was WAY too tiny.

Those tail lights are amazing too, I have a spare old one that I can cook in the oven to test out but so far I've found that 30 minutes at 200 degrees does the trick nicely.
