2004 Aveo 1.6 NO START, CRANKS

Hey guys. I'm having some issues with my manual trans Aveo not starting. It all started when I stalled the car backing out of the driveway. Now, lets be clear.. I stalled the car (too much clutch), not "the car stalled" (lack of fuel or spark) (No DTC's related to a no start condition, and timing belt done 20K ago.)

So I began with the basics... checked fuel pressure, 55-60psi... ok there.
Pulled #1 plug, reconnected the plug to the boot, and attached a jumper wire to the ground strap of the plug, then to GND. Cranked engine, NO SPARK.....
So... IGN on, disconnected 3 wire CMP, 3 wire CKP and ign coil pack. Proper ground, 12V supply, and 5V ref signal found TO the CMP and coil pack. GND, 12V supply and a 2.5V ref signal TO the CKP. I don't have access to an oscilloscope, so am unable to check the CKP and CMP sensors that way, but have good continuity through both CKP and CMP sensors... Checked the primary and secondary circuits on the coil, it's ok.... kind of stumped, guys... It literally had started fine a million times, until I stalled it... and now nothing... Advice??

Maybe you let the clutch out too fast, as you think you did, but maybe not. Changing the timing belt unfortunately doesn't guarantee against failure of the belt loop, so you should remove the top cover and check it.

Popped top cover and the balancer off, lined up marks, all is well with the belt. Compression test yields 105ish psi dry, 120 psi wet

Those compression numbers are way too low. My '05 compression was around 200, last time I checked. Are you certain the tester is sealing properly? If the tester is ok, then a leak down test should tell you what's causing the low compression.

I'll double check it tomorrow. Still doesn't explain the no spark condition, and it ran fine before it quit

I've never done a spark test the way you described. Not saying that a spark test can't be done that way, just that I don't have any personal experience with it. How about trying the simple plug-touching-block test that most folks use?
