You would've loved the full body coverage protector then. It's the same material as a high quality screen protector but all over your phone. Pretty cool actually...

my fone slides open and in my experience of full body covers/cases, my fone gets hindered substantiallywith full fone protection, as far as it sliding open n closed. My fone is cool tho in the sense that it's not slickery like mentioned due to it having a rubber backing on it. All I need really is the screen protector and it works, plastic is scratched to hell but the screen is great, yay.

I'm not quite sure we're on the same page. How does a full body protection as thin as a stick on screen protector hinder hour your slider operation?
But rubber backing is a good thing. Zagg does give your whole phone the rubbery feeling and it feels more secure in your hand.

      Re: Swype beta for Android

there is a slight curve in my fone that goes vertically with the slide. So when I slide it up, it follows the track of the curve and anything that affects the curve of it, hinders the ability of the fone. I wish I knew how to explain it more clearly. My gf bought me some covers for it from verizon and I tried my damndest to get it right so it wouldn't **** it, but it did and it bent my little hole plug for the charger adapter. Then we took them to the verizon store and 3 diff employees tried to get it, but were unsuccessful. So I just use the sheet on my screen and we is all good.

Hmm... I'm still not sure you and I are on the same page. The cases you're talking about are bulky plastic ones (or sometimes gel ones). The "body protector" I'm talking about is about as thick as a protective tint or film used to protect the leading edge of the blades on he helicopters...

You apply this stuff the same way you apply tint - spray it on one sign, align, spray the other side, squeegee all the bubbles out, and let dry for 12-24 hours (to let your phone dry)... The best protection you can get for your phone IMO...

      You can see it here.

Here's a picture of it (attached):

no, I know what you were talking about, I was just saying what my experiences have been with fone covers and this fone. I haven't tried those, so I can't judge. I should have been more clear, I apologize, it's difficult to keep your thoughts straight during constant interruptuons, it took me about an hour towrite what wrote earlier. :P

LOL, who is interrupting you? and I know what you mean about the fat plastic cases, they give you a better protection but they are not very practical because of added bulk and getting in a way of slider and sometimes top row of the keyboard. They don't work very well with recessed/flush buttons either.

I be doin this **** from work and I get interrupted by truckers. I do security for a petroleum processing plant so I am supposed to check for bombs n drugs n weapons, but really I don't, because they only pay me enough to run away if I find something serious
