Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

I couldn't imagine a 240sx being anywhere near drivable with a i6 twin turbo. The japanese spec motor should be a perfect starting point.

The SR20DET motor would be easier to do, but not nearly as fun! Actually people drop in the RB engines into 240sx's all the time and they work great.
