UPDATE check it out $3,700.00 for parts and labor, $900.00 for Rental car, $500.00 Deductable. Nothing out of my pocket. the guy that rearended me is 100% at falt. Getting a new paint job ,New Bumper and New Wheels well i am getting one new wheel and all new hubcaps.

sounds like you made out minus the down time without your aveo, but you got a rental so no big deal.

the rental is a Dodge magnum so i went from 28MPG tooling around my area to 19MPG to do the same
