I have the aftermarket LED ones off Ebay, I highly reccomend them if you are looking for a change, I can get some pics for you if you want.

I think tinted tailights look cheesey, but that is just me. The LED's are very cool.

I would rather have stock then tinted, I paid $200 the while back, but they go for $99 now I think, plus you could sell the stock ones as well.
