2004 Aveo Drum Brake Cylinder Boot

So I was replacing my drum shoes and in the process I nicked the rubber boot on the brake cylinder.

Doesn't look like it's leaking but I was wondering if I can purchase this part online or do I have to replace the entire cylinder.

Or since it's not leaking should I just leave it alone?

You can probably buy a 'rebuild kit' for them for almost nothing. I don't know if the local parts stores will have it and if not you'll have to pay for shipping. It might be easier just to replace the wheel cylinder. They are pretty cheap.

thats just a dust boot, so i would probably leave it alone for now, and buy a rebuild kit for the next brake job to swap it out.

actually thats not what i would do, but thats what you should do. i have disks.

Alright, I'll replace it next time I do them, but I won't be doing them for a while, it was such a pain...

Also I took a pic of the drivers side rear brake drum with the old brake shoes for reference. In case someone or I shall need it later on.
