13 inch winter rims??

Been researching and shopping around for rims and tires too.. just a note that the Wal-Mart multi-fit 14" steelies (i think 6.5") do not clear the front calipers.. had one installed on the rear to replace a really warped rim, and later went to rotate only to find the clearance issue.
