having said that about v-tech my mas the the civic type r 2007 (space ship 1) and it MOOOOOOOOOVVVESS, but he like has no idea about moddding his car and dusnt evn knw how 2 change a bulb.. lolll
soooo i was thinking if i took his engine out and put it in my car ... mm mayb add a turbo or 2 on there... and as far as i knw dont the v-techs come with forged pistons as stock... soo wudnt need 2 do much internal work.. ahhh..
think i would do tht engine more justice ahaha

I think you're better off sticking to the VXR engine... less trouble mounting it in your engine bay IMO.

naa his car is stock, its something like 201 bhp only 1 more than the type r before it. but from what ive heard the old one is better as it is lighter but only 1 bhp less and the suspension set up is better which in turn goes hand in hand with handling ect... but still both nice cars.. looks wise i prefer the newer one he has space ship styl.. its more... wild and in ur face design..

According to the article in the link below, this is what the car (Civic type R) that will make it to U.S. might look like power wise
The prototype car shown, modeled on Honda’s JDM/ASEAN market Civic sedan, incorporates a 2.0-liter iVTEC engine giving nearly 220 horsepower, along with the usual suspension and appearance modifications
Here's the whole article if you wanna read more about it... http://www.zercustoms.com/news/2010:-Ho ... to-US.html

And here's another one of that sort from AutoBlog: http://www.autoblog.com/2007/02/27/hond ... a-in-2010/

HERES MY NEW SPEEDO N TACHO IDEAS... ii llliiikkiiinngggg
      UPLOADED FEW PICS OF EM..

ima take out the stock clocks but leav the housing and pods there.. buy these gauges in the 95mm option and fingers crossed they should just slot in.. if not bit of sanding down should do the trick and just wire up to relevant wires... would go nice with the blue led theme inside...
although i am thinking to change all interior bulbs to white glow as my interior will be all white leatherette and the outside will be al white.. hmm still gota think bout tht.. but ye... they are the guages i want anyway..

they are b a company called drift and part of their iridium series. thats the speedo and tacho ones
