Wire up civic 07 rev to kalos?

hey guys im sure youve all seen the rev guage for the civic 07+ with the little screen in the middle
i just ordered one the other day and still waiting for it to come. gona try and hook it up 2 my kalos and replace my boring guages and then possibly have a vi-monitor next to it as well.
was wondering does any 1 have any clue if it would or wont work... well obv id need to hard wire it.. but will the rev gauge need to be calibrated or anything as im guessing the sensors would be diff to that of the civics?

      umm 1 more thing lol
      sorry
any1 know of a decent looking digital speedo, JUST want the speed displayd nothing els. as ima keep the kalos indicators high beam ect ect bit from the middle.
will a HUD just displaying speed be MOT valid? sorry to be a pain..

it wont plug in and play of course, my gut says that you will need to buy the harness that plugs into the civic cluster, and splice it to the stock harness, if you do it though, the gauges look cool lol

i want to swap the 3rd gen aveo cluster in when it comes out

i wonder if it will be a plug and play, i will fiberglass it in my dash if need be

You could just save the money and put it down on a new Aveo... less hassle.... If you don't like it that much for being automatic - don't put money into it.. Just a friendly suggestion.

2008 and up vauxhall corsa vsx-r 1.6t is the "same" ecotec design as the 09 aveo..

(without having them side by side)

hunter, let me know when your coming, bring money for parts.

1.6T would be quite nice in an Aveo is the turbo off of one of those pretty easy to install onto one of your guys' with second gen aveos? Would it be a bolt on or is there more to it?...
