Alright, I got my pics of my custom front speakers!

Here's my first attempt at fiberglass. I got this idea from watching "Unique Autosports."

I also upgraded the door speakers to 6.5"

Here are pics from the beginning to the end:

There it is, tell me what you think!
I listen to metal, "emo", and "screamo;" I think its a near perfect system for me. I think i just need a tad more bass.

      Pioneer head-unit
Infinity Kappa 6.5" in the rear deck
Infinity Kappa 6.5" in the front doors
Infinity Kappa 1" Tweeters (in A-Pillars)
Infinity Kappa 4.5" speakers (in A-Pillars)
      Infinity BasslinkII 200W rms
Kicker Amp to power the speakers

I like it. It made everything sound MUCH better. I was thinking there might be too much highs before i got them in, but it sounds really good. Its just some times i just want more bass.... its probably the basslink cause its not the best for my current application.

How long'd it take you? Maybe write up a how-to? I wonder how it would sound to have the speakers at the top of the pillars pointing down. Then you'd have the sound coming up from the door speakers and coming down from the pillar speakers.

It really didnt take long, i just took my time...
If i worked on it everyday, i could have it done in probably 3 days

There really isnt room for speakers to go up in the top because the piller is almost flush with the metal behind it, having it at the bottom there is more room to work. plus there is a bigger plastic base.

how long until youre done aveosummit?
I wanna see how yours turned out.
