8" Sub's in the Front Doors

Anyone considered this task? The 6.5" was not enough punch so we decided to upgrade to 8" in the front doors & 6.5" components in the a-pillar and 4 - 6.5" in the trunk floor. Let me know your thoughts.

How much do you predict it will intrude into the footwell of the Aveo? The links seems okay for the truck, but that's a lot wider than ours...

Actually a rough calculation is about 5 inches past the door itself so about 2-3 inches past the current edge of panel, no enough to block the foot rest or reach the seat.

Can you roll down the windows completely?

Yes, that is the plan, the 8" subwoofer has a mounting depth of 117mm or 4.60 In. so with 5 inches outside of the door that will put the sub about 3 inches from the window.
