2008 Aveo 4Dr Sedan Speakers Replacement

I have a 2008 Aveo 4Dr Sedan. I want to replace the rear deck speakers and the two front door speakers. I am going to leave the tweeters on the columns. How do I get the covers off of the rear deck and take out the factory speakers. Second, can I put the new covers on the back deck with the new speakers. I have Kenwood KFC-1660S for the rear deck.
Also, I have Kenwood KFC -1061S for the the front doors. Do I have to remove the entire door panels and how do I take out and replace with new speakers? Thanks!

i got an 06 aveo sedan same spkr layout n the door did have to b removed for the fronts. the decks were screwed through the trunk and i think u can have the new cover put on like the stocks but i kept the stocks so ppl would underestimate especially with the 12s turned low in the trunk.lol anyway hope this helps.
