removing oem fog light housing (2008 pontiac wave)

i am just wondering, how do you remove the fog light housing. is it really hard? i need to clean the housing with some goo gone because i tried painting them a long time ago and then i messed up. i got most of the paint off but theres some little bits still on there

i would also like to change the bulbs in the fog lights

take the skirt off, or at least the bottom front most section where it meets the bumper, so you can get your hand in there, and then it is 3 screw/bolts and the wiring plug.

the chrome ring has screws.

the light, chrome ring and the grill all come out separately.
