      Hood Vents

Anyone has any ideas on what to do for hood vents or hood louvers? Maybe using a functional hood scoop facing backwards, or would it be better facing foward? I want to get some of the heat out of the engine compartment, but something simple not obnoxious, something that look OEM if they made those parts. U guys seen anything that looks nice gime the site or part name.

think of the sticker room that adds man...you could put VTEC on both sides and a giant Chevy symbol on the top... then get that cute little "Boost Inside" dell logo under the chevy symbol.. we're talkin some serious horseposer gains!

Just go to a junkyard, find one of any of these and graft them onto your hood. On these cars, there were funstional. What they actually do onthe Aveo though is up to you.
      1991-1994 Chevrolet Lumina Z34

      1991-1996 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP

      1989-1990 Pontiac Grand Prix Turbo

      - 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Z34 - LQ1 3.4L DOHC 24 valve semi-hemi V6, 210 HP, 215 ft-lbs of torque, 4T60e 4 speed automatic with O/D.... 123,000+ miles. Slowly resto-modding it.
      - looking for a first gen Aveo for a daily driver :D
