Are you 07 and below or 08+? 07 and below you disconnect a black mode under kick panel below the steering wheel. If you're 08+, pull the NA DRL fuse in the driver door jam panel.

This thread (click here) may help, even though I initially made a fool of myself in not noticing what DRL on the fuse panel meant...DUH!

I tried disabling my DRL's by unplugging that module but i seem to be having a hard time getting undr there with both hands to push in that lock tab keeping it secured in there. I have tried using a flat head to push in the tab but even with that it still seems to be either stuck or still locked in there. Any suggestions on how to get it out? Thanks!

haha thanks for the input finally i got in there and took off the plastic piece right under the steering wheel by pulling/popping the piece loose all the way around, then i took out all of the bolts that were holding a metal plate on right behind the plastic piece i took off. Then i was able to get to it much easier. I had to use a Philips screwdriver to unscrew the module from the metal piece it was attached to. Then i had to use a flat head to pry, and pry, and pry the plug-in from the module. I really don't know how it was so hard to get out. I was just ridiculous and seemed a lot harder than what it seemed it should be lol I might have broke the plug in but i doubt ill be enabling my DRL's again after that fiasco haha Thanks again and hopefully someone else can benefit from this post lol

to give you an idea, i cut the wire on the plug, (left the module) i cut the wire that had 12v when the key was turned on, because one only has 9 V that goes to the lights, make sure its the 12v and i, drilled out the little empty lens in the headlight from the back and put a h3 led bulb in each side, so when i turned the cars key on they came on, looks pretty sweet. but during the past year i bought the projector halos and the corner light i wired up the same way, and it looks pretty sweet, ive never seen another running around like that in the fort worth area, just might be an idea, i took the drl's out cuz it burns out the bulbs faster. 9V is harder on a bulb then the full 12V.
